Peter Benjamin Surfboards

Peter Benjamin has been handcrafting quality surfboards since 1979. Originally from the grinding reefs of Sunset Cliffs off Point Loma in San Diego, California, Peter began his shaping career in Maui in the late 70's, shaping both surfboards and sail boards for the local crew. Moving back to San Diego in 1984, Peter quickly established himself as the primary shaper for the Ocean Beach/Point Loma area through his alliance with Canyon Surf Shop and Town & Country Surfboards. Professional Surfer's that have ridden PB's boards include Dane Kealoha, Brad Gerlach, CT Taylor and local standout Chris Menzie, just to name a few.

For the traditionalists, be sure to inquire about the "Classic Series" longboards; old school soul with big bad-O t-band stringers, volan glass, flat rocker and classic foam, these beasts trim true and ride the nose like no other!
