Speed Eggs - Max Out on Fun!

The speed egg is a modernized version of the traditional egg board. It is narrower, lighter, and shaped with a contemporary rocker and quick release rails. This combination provides a high-performance, fast and stable ride suitable for many different wave conditions. The speed egg is a great all-around board for just about any surfer of all ages and levels of ability. Also available is the Magic Platter, a shorter rounder version of the standard speed egg that is especially quick and extremely fun on mushy waves. Where your shortboard might "bog down", the Magic Platter rides like a skateboard on ball bearings, skimming over the flat sections with speed to spare. You will be amazed by the speed and control you get with the Magic Platter.

The speed egg is available in a size range of 6' 10" to 8' 2" and the Magic Platter design works best starting at 5' 10" and going up to about 7' 0". Like all of Peter's boards, each board is custom shaped to your specifications, ability level, wave type, and your height and weight. A full range of finishes from sanded hot coats to full gloss are available as are airbrushed designs of your choice.
